With the aim of effectively addressing the issue of protection of Child Rights in Meghalaya, the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights was set up. The M.S.C.P.C.R. from its inception in 2014 is committed in upholding the spirit of our constitution by protecting and promoting the Rights of children.
